As the leadership assesses organizational needs and creates strategies to improve retention and build a strong sense of community, we want to provide a regular entry in Guru Guru to share our action items with you!

Visa Run Improvements:

We all know the pain of making a visa run!  The timing, the flights, the hotels . . . and the cost!  We know that, often, our reimbursement plan does not fully cover the cost of this necessary trip, so we are working on making this easier by:

–         Increasing the reimbursement maximum allowance

–         Creating hotel partnerships in order to diminish the cost of the overnight stay

–         Working with a booking agency or airline in order to streamline and possibly minimize the flight cost.
